Swedish-born Jan-Erik Johansson has a degree in Chemical Engineering and a degree in Business Administration. For 30 years Jan-Erik has worked in the plastics industry in functions ranging from engineering and control, to sales, marketing and business management. He has worked in many European countries and he has built up invaluable business experience in the Middle East, Asia and the US. As Regional Director of PlasticsEurope, Jan-Erik is responsible for the North region. He is also the Programme Director, Resource Efficiency. He is based in the PlasticsEurope’s London office. Jan-Erik has two daughters and lives with his wife Catarina in Gothenburg Sweden.
